1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LakouPro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Membership
Professional membership is billed annually at $299.95. Membership grants access to listing tools, priority placement, and profile features. Membership auto-renews unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Service Providers
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, credentials, and certifications. LakouPro verifies providers in good faith but does not guarantee the quality of services rendered. Providers agree to conduct business lawfully and professionally.
4. Users and Bookings
Users may browse providers and submit booking requests. LakouPro facilitates connections but is not a party to any agreement between users and providers. Disputes should be resolved directly between the parties.
5. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. LakouPro reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate our community standards.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use LakouPro to post false information, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or engage in any illegal activity. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
LakouPro is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LakouPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Privacy
Your use of LakouPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described therein to operate and improve our services.
9. Changes to These Terms
LakouPro may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
